Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an In-Home Sales Representative. The In-Home Sales Representative will meet with potential customers in their homes to provide consultations, present Tundraland’s portfolio of products, and generate sales. Additional responsibilities include building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, recommending solutions, and closing sales effectively. Serving as the face of Tundraland, the representative will deliver exceptional customer service while achieving sales performance goals.
Qualifications
- Sales and negotiation skills, including ability to tailor product offerings to meet customer needs
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and rapport with clients
- Strong time management and organizational skills to manage schedules and appointments efficiently
- Proficiency in using technology and software for scheduling, presentations, and record-keeping
- Ability to work independently, be self-motivated, and driven to achieve sales targets
- Prior experience in in-home sales, customer service, or home improvement is preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
