Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Data & Analytics initiatives across multiple workstreams.
- Serve as both Project Manager and Scrum Master, driving Agile execution and ensuring successful delivery against project objectives.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Partner with Product Owners, Business Leads, Data Architects, Engineers, and Analytics teams to prioritize work and manage delivery commitments.
- Develop and maintain project plans, roadmaps, RAID logs, status reports, and executive-level communications.
- Own project financials, including budget management, forecasting, accruals, resource planning, and reporting within Clarity.
- Manage project budgets and ensure alignment between financial forecasts and delivery milestones.
- Track dependencies, risks, issues, and blockers while proactively driving mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate delivery across multiple technology and business teams within a highly matrixed environment.
- Ensure adherence to enterprise PMO governance, reporting standards, and delivery frameworks.
- Monitor team performance, sprint metrics, delivery milestones, and project health indicators.
- Provide regular status updates and executive reporting to senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Support release planning, implementation activities, and post-deployment stabilization efforts.
Required Qualification
- s5 years of Project Management and/or Scrum Master experience within large enterprise organizations
- .Experience leading Data & Analytics, Data Engineering, Reporting, Business Intelligence, or Data Platform initiatives
- .Strong Agile delivery experience with hands-on facilitation of Scrum ceremonies
- .Financial services or banking industry experience required
- .Proven experience managing project budgets, forecasts, and resource plans within Clarity
- .Strong understanding of project financial management and governance practices
- .Experience managing cross-functional technology teams and complex stakeholder groups
- .Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Clarity, MS Project, and related project management tools
- .Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- .Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within fast-paced environments
.Preferred Qualification
- sExperience supporting enterprise Data & Analytics programs
- .Knowledge of data warehousing, cloud data platforms, reporting solutions, or data governance initiatives
- .Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent)
- .PMP certification considered an asset
- .Experience working within enterprise PMO environments
- .Familiarity with data modernization, cloud migration, or analytics transformation initiatives
Salary : $65 - $70
