About the Opportunity

Working with a leading financial services client to hire multiple Financial Consultants to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for financial services professionals who are passionate about helping clients navigate retirement planning, investment decisions, and wealth-building strategies.


Unlike traditional financial advisor roles that require building your own book of business, this position focuses primarily on inbound client interactions. You'll work directly with individuals seeking guidance on retirement accounts, investment products, rollovers, and financial planning needs while representing a well-established and respected financial services organization.


What You'll Do

  • Handle inbound calls from existing clients and prospective customers regarding retirement and investment-related questions
  • Educate clients on retirement planning strategies, investment options, and financial products
  • Identify opportunities to help clients achieve their financial goals through appropriate solutions
  • Build strong relationships and deliver an exceptional client experience
  • Follow up with clients to support account servicing, asset growth opportunities, and ongoing financial needs
  • Complete required documentation and administrative activities related to client interactions
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience
  • Meet performance goals related to client satisfaction, asset growth, referrals, and service excellence



Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in financial services, wealth management, banking, brokerage, retirement services, or a related field
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to explain financial concepts clearly and confidently
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, phone-based environment
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping clients achieve financial success

Preferred Qualifications

  • Active Series 7 License
  • Active Series 63 or Series 66 License
  • Experience discussing retirement accounts, investments, financial planning, or wealth management products
  • Previous experience in a call center, financial advisory, brokerage, or client-facing financial services role

Licensing Requirements

Candidates are strongly preferred to possess the following licenses prior to their start date:

  • Series 7
  • Series 63


Candidates who do not currently hold these licenses must obtain them within 120 days of employment. Additionally, the Life & Health Insurance License (Resident State and Multiple Issuers) must be obtained within 120 days of hire.
