Looking to start your career in the pharmaceutical industry? We're hiring a Clinical Data Associate to support a Clinical Data Management team responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of clinical trial data. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals who are analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

Candidates with backgrounds in Life Sciences, Biology, Health Sciences, or technical/STEM disciplines are encouraged to apply.

What You'll Do

• Support the review, validation, and maintenance of clinical trial data
• Assist with data collection, cleaning, and quality checks
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies
• Collaborate with Clinical Data Management and cross-functional teams
• Maintain documentation and support data reporting activities
• Ensure data quality and compliance with regulatory and company standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Health Sciences, Data Management, or another STEM/technical field
• 0–2 years of professional experience (internships and relevant academic experience welcome)
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to clinical research, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare
• Experience working with data or large datasets
• Familiarity with Clinical Data Management is a plus but not required
