Job Summary
The Buyer will support procurement and program execution by managing supplier relationships, purchase orders, delivery schedules, and material requirements. This role will work closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure products and components are delivered on time and in alignment with program needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage purchase orders and supplier commitments against program and deployment schedules
- Work directly with suppliers to monitor delivery timelines and identify potential risks or delays
- Serve as a key point of contact between suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Support procurement activities across multiple programs
- Maintain accurate purchasing and scheduling information within internal systems
- Escalate supply risks and coordinate with teams to support resolution
- Assist with special projects and other procurement-related activities as needed
Qualifications
- 1 year of procurement or buyer experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
- Experience in electromechanical, robotics, manufacturing, or other complex hardware environments
- Basic engineering or technical knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree or engineering-related degree preferred

The pay range that Tundra in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $24.00/hour - $29.00/hour.
