What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sushi Chef position at Tuna Sushi and Bento?
We are looking to hire 1 or 2 sushi chefs, kitchen experience required, sushi experience not necessary, but preferred. Base pay rate will be determined on experience level.
Two positions are available, one part and one full time. Responsibilities include preparing food to order, entertaining guests at the sushi bar, maintaining prep, keeping the sushi bar and fridge clean, and assisting in general cleaning around the restaurant, including dishes when necessary.
We do encourage creativity and you will have some flexibility when it comes to creating your own dishes to highlight to customers.
