Full-Time Medical Receptionist – Primary Care Clinic
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Medical Receptionist to join our busy Primary Care Clinic. The ideal candidate will be kind, respectful, and an excellent communicator, with strong time management skills, confidence, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage a multi-line phone system
- Schedule patient appointments and manage provider calendars
- Perform data entry and insurance verification
- Greet patients, check them in and out, and maintain accurate medical records
- Support the clinic team with a variety of administrative and office duties
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous medical office or related administrative experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a busy setting
