We are looking for a motivated manager who is interested in a Restaurant Manager position at our New Albany, IN location
Responsibilities
- Assist in interviewing, hiring, orientation & training of all front of house employees
- Complete opening & closing paperwork
- Receive & submit invoices
- Ensure company policies & procedures are followed
- Communicate effectively with all staff
- Monitor payroll, create reports & submit payroll
- Audit safe & cash drawers
- Assist in ensuring Tumbleweed food, service, sanitation & safety standards are met
- Calculate, prepare and drop off bank deposits
- Interact with guests through table touches and deal with guest complaints
- Set & maintain Tumbleweed uniform standards
- Complete/monitor bar inventory & ordering
- Write/monitor front of the house schedules to meet sales and labor plans
- Assist in the development of employees
- Performs other duties as assigned Benefits
