Director of Admissions – Lead the Team That Changes Lives

What You’ll Do:
- Lead, coach, and motivate your admissions team to hit start goals and crush KPIs
- Drive local outreach and partnerships to fuel lead growth
- Monitor team performance and implement strategies to boost results
- Oversee operations to ensure compliance with all policies and regulations
- Collaborate with the Campus President on strategic planning and reporting
- Host open houses, orientations, and community events
- Build a culture that’s high-performance and high-energy
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2 years in admissions or sales leadership (10 preferred)
- Strong communicator and people-first leader
