Green Country Staffing is needing 10 Event Servers for Saturday, April 11th 2026 from 4pm to 12am. (3:30pm check in time)

Dress code requirement: Black Slacks/Pants (no jeans, sweats, etc.) and black non-slip back closed toe shoes. Food Handler Permit not required. Driver's License or State ID will be required to be shown to gain access on the nights of these events.
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Servers to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As a Server, you will play a key role in ensuring that customers receive high-quality service, from taking orders to serving food and beverages. Your passion for the food industry and commitment to guest satisfaction will contribute to the overall success of our establishment.
Duties
- Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal and address any concerns promptly.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and timely service.
- Participate in catering events as needed, including banquets and special functions.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques.
- Excellent guest relations skills with the ability to create a positive dining experience.
- Experience in the food service industry, particularly in banquet or catering settings is a plus.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with guests and team members effectively.
- A willingness to help others and work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Familiarity with coffee preparation is an advantage but not required.
