- Starting salary range: $50,000–$55,000
- Reports to: Senior Program Manager

As the Program Manager for District Support, Professional Learning & Curriculum, you'll serve as a primary liaison to school districts—co-designing professional learning, supporting high-quality instructional materials, and helping educators grow their practice in computer science and mathematics.

1. Build district partnerships & support instructional improvement
- Serve as a primary point of contact for partner school systems
- Conduct needs assessments with district leaders to inform professional learning and curriculum planning
- Co-design and implement district-level professional learning plans
- Support alignment of instruction to Oklahoma Academic Standards, career pathways, and high-quality STEM practices
- Provide ongoing coaching, follow-up, and implementation support
2. Design & deliver professional learning
- Create sustained, high-quality professional learning experiences aligned to district and TRSA goals
- Build learning pathways that develop educator capacity over time
- Differentiate experiences for teachers, instructional coaches, and administrators
- Evaluate effectiveness and adjust based on feedback and outcomes
3. Develop curriculum & instructional resources
- Help districts select, adapt, and implement high-quality instructional materials
- Curate and develop CS/math-aligned resources that integrate into district curricula
- Align TRSA resources (e.g., STEM in a Bag, STEM Shoppe) to district instructional priorities
- Ensure all materials support equitable, standards-aligned instruction
- Passion for high-quality STEM education and expanding access for all learners
- Bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience in STEM education, curriculum development, or professional development design
- Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills
- Proficiency with Google Suite and data tools, including Excel
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to equity, inclusion, and reflective practice
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally (1 trips/week) and occasionally overnight
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM-related field or education
- 5 years of experience in education, curriculum design, or professional development
- Previous industry experience in a STEM-related field
- Familiarity with Oklahoma Academic Standards and computer science or mathematics pedagogy
- Experience with grant writing or grant-funded programs
