What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial and Residential Painter position at Tulsa Christian Bros Painting?
We are hiring experienced commercial painters for full-time, year-round work.
Production painters only – not an entry-level position
Consistent work steady hours (40 per week)
Travel up to 2–3 hours max (most work in Tulsa)
Who We’re Looking For
- Established painting crews, OR
- A strong lead painter with a helper
- Painters who can work fast, stay consistent, and produce quality work
What You’ll Be Doing
- Commercial painting (schools, offices, large facilities)
- Interior & exterior production work
- Spraying, back rolling, brush & roll
Requirements
- 2 years professional painting experience
- Experience in commercial or high-production environments
- Ability to maintain speed quality
Core Skills
- Masking and protection
- Caulking and prep work
- Spraying (airless back roll)
- Brush and roll
- Painting over Level 4 & Level 5 finishes
Bonus (Not Required)
- Drywall patching or finishing experience
- Crew already established
Basic Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Willing to travel up to 2–3 hours (max)
