CDM (Dietary Manager) - Full Time
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dietary Manager to join our Food and Nutrition Services team at Tulsa Center for Rehabilitation & Healthcare. As a Dietary Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our residents receive outstanding nutrition and exceptional dining experiences. Required Qualifications:
Certification as a dietary manager or food service manager
Associate's degree in food service management or related field
2 years of experience in foodservice management
Prior experience in healthcare foodservice preferred
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of food service department
Plan, organize, and direct administrative and operational activities
Maintain a clean and sanitary environment
Ensure safe and timely meal preparation
Monitor regular and therapeutic diets
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings
Participate in Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement (QAPI) activities
Recruit, interview, hire, train, coach, evaluate, reward, discipline, and terminate employees
Develop work schedules and manage budgets
Complete assigned tasks and responsibilities
Additional Tasks:
Treat all residents with dignity and respect
Establish a culture of compliance
Follow safety and hygiene measures
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information
Report noncompliance and breaches in confidentiality
Participate in life safety and emergency drills and trainings

Subject to call-back during emergency conditions
