Job Summary
The LPN Assistant Director of Nursing assists nursing leadership with the daily operations of the nursing department and helps ensure quality resident care.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the DON with nursing department operations.
Support nursing staff and resident care.
Monitor documentation and clinical practices.
Assist with staffing and scheduling.
Participate in care planning and quality improvement.
Help address resident and family concerns.
Assist with training and education.
Support regulatory compliance and facility policies.
Qualifications
Current LPN license.
Previous long-term-care experience required/preferred.
Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
