We are seeking a detail-oriented Digital Marketing & Web Associate to join our Marketing team. The Marketing team manages a portfolio of WordPress websites — including the firm's flagship sites and several related digital properties — along with the automation, tracking, and campaign infrastructure that supports them. The ideal candidate combines hands-on WordPress proficiency with experience in marketing automation and analytics, and a strong interest in continued professional growth. This position works directly with the firm's digital marketing lead and offers significant opportunity to develop technical and analytical skills.
Duties & Responsibilities:

• Support the maintenance of a portfolio of WordPress websites, including content updates, plugin and theme management, troubleshooting, and site health monitoring across multiple properties.
• Assist with site development and functionality projects utilizing Advanced Custom Fields (ACF), custom post types (CPTs), and Elementor templates.
• Build and maintain automations and workflows in HubSpot, Zapier, and similar platforms, including lead routing, form integrations, email sequences, and CRM data hygiene.
• Analyze website, campaign, and lead data in GA4 and HubSpot to identify trends, respond to inquiries from leadership, and recommend improvements.
• Support the ongoing development of the firm's marketing attribution framework, connecting data to trace leads to their originating sources and channels.
• Support coordination with external SEO and PPC vendors, including implementation of on-site recommendations and monitoring of campaign performance.
• Assist with digital campaign execution across landing pages, email marketing, and the firm's YouTube channel.
• Assist with the development of branding, graphics, and visual media in support of marketing campaigns and firm initiatives.
• Support the firm's online reputation management efforts, including client feedback surveys, review generation outreach, and monitoring and reporting across online review platforms.
• Contribute to monthly marketing performance reporting for the Marketing Director and firm leadership.

Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, web operations, or marketing technology.
• Strong proficiency with WordPress administration, including confident navigation of the WordPress dashboard and its core functions.
• Working experience with Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) and custom post types beyond standard content entry; development expertise is not required.
• Experience building automations or workflows in HubSpot, Zapier, or comparable platforms.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Ads.
• An eye for visual design, with working experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to generate reports, identify trends, and communicate data-driven insights clearly.
• Demonstrated eagerness to learn, with an aptitude for adopting new tools and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Excellent attention to detail, strong written communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects across teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with WordPress and Elementor page builders.
• Exposure to SEO and/or PPC campaign management.
• Experience with call tracking, UTM strategy, or attribution reporting.
• Experience with reputation management or review platforms.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
