Must be organized and a clear communicator. This person will manage the shop flow with the goal of increasing production hours and shop efficiency.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Dispatch work to service technicians in a way that optimizes productivity of the service department;Monitors for productivity issues throughout the day/week and adjusts assignments as necessary;Communicates job status with the Advisors, Shop Foreman and Service Manager;Monitors status of part arrivals, orders, and back orders;Monitors appointment schedule in reference to work flow of shop;Performs other related duties consistent with the role and function of the specification as assigned.
