Are you an experienced Service Advisor who enjoys the operational side of the business—but is ready to step away from constant customer interaction?
Tulley Automotive Group is looking for a Service Dispatcher to support our growing Service Department. This is a non-customer-facing role focused on keeping the shop running efficiently and supporting technicians and advisors from behind the scenes.
If you understand how a service drive operates but are ready for a more structured, less customer-intensive role, we’d love to talk with you.

Dispatch work to technicians based on skill level and availability
Monitor shop productivity and workflow

Help prioritize repairs and manage shop capacity
Support overall service department operations

Who We’re Looking For
Experience as a Service Advisor or similar role in automotive service
