Job Summary:
At Tulley, the Sales Client Advisor delivers an elite, world-class customer experience for our top-volume BMW dealership. You will guide guests through a bespoke automotive acquisition process, matching their distinct lifestyle and financial preferences with "The Ultimate Driving Machine."
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Guest Experience & Consultation
- Welcome incoming guests warmly in the showroom and on the lot.
- Align client expectations with vehicle specifications and financial parameters.
- Drive inventory sales volume professionally and ethically.
- Facilitate dynamic product demonstrations and test drives.
Relationship Management & Operations
- Cultivate long-term loyalty through structured post-delivery follow-ups.
- Address client requests or concerns with immediate, premium care.
- Execute auxiliary assignments dictated by evolving business needs.
Requirements
- Maintain a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication capabilities.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
