### Job Summary
The Behavior Aide provides support to students with behavioral challenges in general and special education settings. Under the direction of the school administrator or designated case manager, the Behavior Aide helps implement behavior intervention strategies, monitors student behavior, and supports students in maintaining positive conduct conducive to learning.
### Requirements / Qualifications
Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent (required) Associates degree or 48 college semester units (preferred) Resume Three Current Signed Letters of Recommendation Prior experience working with children, particularly in behavior support or special education (preferred)
