Immunizations Required Upon Employment
Immunizations: Tdap (within the last 10 years), MMR
Requirements / Qualifications
MMR, Tdap (within the last 10 years), and Influenza immunizations due before first day of employment.
- Driver's License Copy (Valid California Driver's License, and copy of liability insurance)
- Proof of HS Graduation (Copy of High School Diploma or GED)
- Typing Certificate (Type a minimum of 45 words per minute. Must provide proof of typing speed (test to have been administered within last 12 months))
Requirements / Qualifications
