QCC/SUPERVISOR - CAGE TECHNICIAN

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for repairing, maintaining, diagnosing and troubleshooting Redemption Kiosks, Currency Counters, and related Cage Department machinery and equipment. Participates in the physical moving of Redemption Kiosks and Currency Counter machines. Performs preventative maintenance, including keeping all equipment clean and serviceable.

EDUCATION:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• College credits or Certificate of Completion of Technical Schooling in computer, technical, and/or electronic related courses may be considered in lieu of required technical experience.

SKILLS:

• Must have excellent math skills. (Test required)

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of two (2) years of technical experience in an electrical device repair field.
• Minimum of two (2) years supervisory and/or dual rate experience preferably in a cash-handling operation.
• Minimum of two (2) years guest service experience.
• Minimum of one (1) year computer experience utilizing MS Word and Excel programs.
• Minimum of one (1) year experience using small hand tools.
• Minimum of one (1) year experience with hardware and software problem solving.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• This position is considered “safety sensitive” and will be required to undergo periodic drug/alcohol testing.
• Applicant will be required to successfully pass a “medium level” agility exam determining if physically capable of performing the essential functions of the position.
• Must be flexible to work both Casino sites, the Tulalip Resort Casino and the Quil Ceda Creek Casino.
• Must be able to successfully pass a background investigation for a Tribal Gaming License or Permit.
• Must be available to work any shift assigned to include days, swing, grave, weekends, and/or holidays.
• Must have a successful employment history with Tulalip Tribes and/or other employment entities.
