Overview
TUKTUK HOUSEHOLD SUPPLY CHAIN INC. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Household Supply Chain Operations Coordinator to support procurement, inventory management, logistics, warehousing, and distribution operations for household products. This role is responsible for coordinating product movement, managing supplier communications, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring efficient order fulfillment. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and committed to maintaining reliable supply chain operations and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily supply chain operations, including purchasing, inventory management, warehousing, transportation, and order fulfillment
- Manage communication with suppliers, manufacturers, freight carriers, warehouses, and distribution partners
- Monitor inventory levels of household products, supplies, and merchandise to ensure product availability
- Track inbound and outbound shipments and coordinate delivery schedules to support timely order fulfillment
- Prepare and maintain purchase orders, invoices, shipping documents, inventory records, and operational reports
- Support demand forecasting, replenishment planning, and inventory optimization initiatives
- Maintain accurate supply chain data within ERP systems, inventory management platforms, and warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Coordinate receiving, inspection, storage, and distribution processes for incoming products
- Analyze logistics performance, inventory turnover, supplier performance, and operational costs to identify improvement opportunities
- Resolve shipment issues, inventory discrepancies, and order fulfillment challenges while maintaining customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Previous experience in supply chain management, logistics, inventory control, purchasing, warehouse operations, or retail distribution preferred
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to collaborate effectively with suppliers, warehouse teams, carriers, and internal departments
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, NetSuite, or similar platforms
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), inventory tracking software, and order management systems
- Experience with e-commerce operations, retail supply chains, and household product distribution is a plus
- Knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, and logistics coordination
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or advanced Excel reporting tools is considered an advantage
