Job Description:
Our sushi department runs like a well-oiled machine, stream-lined for consistent product. All sushi hires start on the roll-station (making the rolls, maintaining the roll machine, sushi prep, restocking, etc). Once that position is mastered, you will learn the cuts, decoration, plating, and expo of sushi.

Once that position is mastered, you will learn the cuts, decoration, plating, and expo of sushi.
Job Responsibilities:
- cutting fish
- sushi rice preparation
- portioning sushi sauces
- sushi prep
- restocking station
- daily maintenance/cleaning of equipment
- following food safety protocols is a MUST
- at least 1 year kitchen experience
- no sushi experience required
- ServSafe Food Handler certification preferred
- teamwork & communication are a MUST
