Tujague's, New Orleans' second oldest restaurant, is looking for experienced fine dining servers to join our team. We are located on 429 Decatur Street.
Responsibilities
- Setting stations / side work.
- Presenting the menu and assisting guests with food selection and dietary restrictions.
- Helping guests select wine and cocktails
- Properly placing and coursing orders.
- Delivering food to tables.
- Table, Section, and Restaurant upkeep, restocking, and maintenance
- Delivering a great customer experience.
Qualifications
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
- Able to multitask efficiently
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong food, wine, and spirits knowledge
- Experience as a Server, Waitress, or Waiter.
