DescriptionThe Director of Business Applications and IT is responsible for overseeing and directing the company’s technology stack, its strategy, operations, and infrastructure.This position plays a critical role in shaping the technology vision and ensuring alignment with the overall company business objectives.This role reports to the Chief Financial Officer and requires a strong combination of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and a hands-on approach to delivering innovative and scalable technology solutions.The ideal candidate is a seasoned technology leader with a deep understanding of business applications and systems (most notably SFDC), IT operations, information systems implementation and management, data management, and digital transformation. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse, multi-national team.Proficiency in business applications software in various domains such as CRM, Marketing Automation, ITSM, ERP, and more.Prior experience with Salesforce.com is pivotal to the roleExtensive experience with IT infrastructure, data governance, and digital transformation.Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster collaboration across departments.Sense of urgency while executing strategically.
