Tuff-Crete Corporation is a family-owned precast concrete company with 40 years of experience in southern New Hampshire. We are seeking a skilled Concrete Project Manager to join our team of construction professionals.
Our extensive precast concrete product line, attention to detail, flexibility, and speed in production enable us to stay ahead of the competition. In this role, you will execute inside sales tasks for precast concrete products, meet sales targets set by management, and perform takeoffs of civil plans.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Execute inside sales tasks for precast concrete products and meet sales targets set by management
- Perform takeoffs of civil plans and generate estimates based on takeoffs
- Provide administrative oversight for day-to-day operations
- Develop submittals, provide, and maintain strong communication with customer needs and requests
- Set yearly pricing for precast products
- Create shop drawings and provide custom designs for precast products
- Resolve design conflicts
- Maintain sales documentation in an organized fashion
- Research for product development, forecasting for short- and long-term goals
- Assist ownership with management tasks

- Precast or concrete experience required, no exceptions

- Sales experience a plus
