Description:
Title: Quality Assurance Support Staff
Purpose: Work as a team to ensure documentation is completed accurately and timely and act as a support and resource for counselors.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Detail-Oriented/Organizational Skills
- Professional and friendly
- Experience in Excel, Word, and Google
Department: Office
Supervised by: Quality Assurance Lead/HR Director
Positions supervised: None
Location: Remote, Idaho Falls, Rigby or Rexburg office (as assigned on the work approved schedule)
Job functions, responsibility and authority:
- Work closely with counselors to ensure documentation standards are maintained as per insurance requirements.
- Audit documentation as it is completed (CDA/Diagnostic Impressions, Treatment Plans, Psychotherapy Notes, and Client Charts).
- Complete Comprehensive Audits randomly for quality assurance purposes.
- Maintain Google Spreadsheet to ensure timely filing/billing on assessments.
- Professional interactions with counselors regarding discrepancies in documentation.
- Check voicemail and address any messages throughout the day.
- Read and respond to emails daily.
- All other responsibilities as assigned.
- Attend weekly meetings as assigned.
- Report abuse as outlined in Policies and Procedures #320.
- Maintain all required documentation for employee file including a current enhanced background check.
