What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Recruiting position at Tudi Mechanical Systems?
This role will support and oversee recruiting efforts working closely with leadership and hiring managers to help find great people for our growing teams. This role will be involved in all areas of the hiring process, including sourcing, candidate communication, interviews, and onboarding. We’re looking for someone who is organized, personable, proactive, and enjoys building strong relationships with both candidates and internal teams.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple departments and positions.
- Meet with leadership and hiring managers on hiring priorities.
- Source active and passive candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, ATS tools, referrals, and other channels.
- Manage candidate pipelines within the ATS and maintain timely communication and movement throughout the hiring process.
- Conduct candidate screenings, coordinate interviews and other pre-employment requirements.
- Track recruiting KPIs, hiring activity and progress toward hiring goals.
- Manage relationships with third-party recruiters and hiring partners.
- Stay current on recruiting trends, sourcing strategies, labor-market conditions, and emerging talent acquisition technologies.
- 2 years of sales or recruiting experience with knowledge of full-cycle recruiting.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to identify and engage passive candidates
- Highly organized with strong time management
- Experience working with CRM or ATS (applicant tracking systems)
