What are the responsibilities and job description for the Professional House Cleaner (Part time) position at Tucson Supreme Clean?
This is a 1099 subcontracting position. There is no guarantee of full time hours, work, or benefits. Contractors are responsible for providing their own supplies, permits, insurance, and transportartion.
Pay: Earn upwards of $30/hour if performance bonuses met
Higher earnings are based on quality, efficiency, and reliability. This is not a good job for people who don't want to put in effort or lack attention to detail. If you're willing to work effeciently and are detail oriented you will make very good money.
Schedule: Flexible hours - 7 days/week. Start time of between 9 and 9:30 most days
Location: Residential homes (local, no nights or overnight work).

This is not an entry level position. If you do not have cleaning experience in your resume you will automatically be rejected
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality residential cleanings (kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas)
- Follow detailed cleaning checklists and service standards
- Respect clients’ homes, belongings, and privacy at all times
- Communicate promptly if issues, damages, or delays arise
- Arrive on time and fully prepared for each job
Requirements (Required — Please Read Carefully)
- Your own vehicle that you DO NOT share with anyone else
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background check
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Physically able to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the workday
- Professional communication and appearance
- Smartphone and the ability to use it
- At least 6 months of cleaning experience listed in your resume
Equipment Requirement
Cleaners are responsible for providing their own cleaning equipment, supplies, and insurance.
- Startup equipment typically costs around $150 for someone brand new to the industry
- You must arrive fully equipped and ready to clean. No exceptions
- Cleaners are responsible for providing proof of general liability insurance with coverage up to $1,000,000 after 30 days. Costs range from $30 - $60/month depending on the provider.
