We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Administrative Assistant to support the efficient daily operations of Tucson Residence Foundation (TRF). Reporting to the Operations Administrator, this non-exempt position provides essential administrative and receptionist support and serves as the first point of contact for staff, visitors, members, families, guardians, and external partners.
The Administrative Assistant plays a key role in ensuring smooth office operations by performing a wide range of clerical, organizational, and customer service functions. This includes managing front-desk responsibilities, answering and routing phone calls, greeting visitors, handling correspondence, maintaining office supplies, and supporting administrative and program teams with copying, filing, and other office tasks.
This role requires strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills, as well as the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. The Administrative Assistant also supports agency-wide communication efforts, maintains updated agency forms, and helps ensure office equipment and common areas are properly maintained.
As a member of the TRF Administration Team, the Administrative Assistant contributes to a welcoming, efficient, professional office environment and supports TRF’s mission of providing high-quality services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
