Job Summary
Tucson Plumbing and Heating is looking for an experienced service plumbing field manager to efficiently help facilitate field operations, training, estimating and service repairs and replacements as the schedule demands.

Qualifications
- 15 years plus verifiable service plumbing experience preferred
- Possesses tools of trade. Company provides major tools/equipment
- Valid AZ driver’s license with unblemished record; must provide 39-month DMV report
- Pass background check and drug screen
- Minimum High School diploma or equivalent
- Professional appearance
- Effective oral/ written communication and interpersonal skills
Highlighted job Functions
- Full understanding of gas, water, and waste systems in residential and commercial
- Manage tech vehicle inspections
- Managing warehouse materials and restock
- Assist service techs with over phone and in person diagnostics
- Diagnose estimate and repair common to complex plumbing issues
- High Knowledge of plumbing codes and safety practices
- Fully understand functions, diagnostic and repairs of slab leaks, all types of water heaters, camera inspection and locating, journeyman trouble shooting skills
- Plumbing and safety topic training
Physical Demands
- Able to work inside and outside in all weather conditions
- Able to stand, walk, reach, stoop, and kneel for prolonged periods of time
- Lift up to 50 pounds
Shift
- M-F 7:00am-4:00 with OT as needed
- Rotating manager on call shift to assist techs with any issues that arise
Pay: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
