Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Tucson, AZ, for an Athletic Trainer. The Athletic Trainer will support patients with injury prevention, assessment, treatment, rehabilitation, and overall physical well-being. Daily responsibilities include developing individualized training programs, providing immediate injury care, guiding rehabilitation protocols, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and educating patients on prevention strategies.
Looking for three athletic trainers:
-High school ($62k for new grads with $10k sign-on bonus for high school south of Tucson)
-Outreach High School/clinic ($58k for new grads with $10k sign-on bonus)
-Full-time Youth and adult club hockey starting in the spring. ($58k for new grads with $10k sign-on bonus)
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Injury Prevention and Prevention techniques to safeguard patients against common musculoskeletal issues
- Expertise in Athletic Training, Strength and Conditioning to design and implement effective training programs
- Experience with Rehabilitation practices to support patients in their recovery journey
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with healthcare teams and support patient education
- Certification as an Athletic Trainer and compliance with Arizona state licensure requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training, Kinesiology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Familiarity with orthopaedic care or sports medicine in the clinic setting is a plus
Salary : $58,000 - $62,000
