The Project Superintendent is responsible for the overall management of construction projects, from planning and scheduling to execution and completion. This position requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in construction, with at least 5 of those years as a superintendent on projects similar in size and complexity. The ideal candidate will be familiar with the requirements of EM 385-1-1 and have experience in the areas of hazard identification and safety compliance. The individual must be capable of interpreting a critical path schedule and construction drawings.

- Plan, schedule, and manage the construction of projects from start to finish
- Oversee the work of subcontractors and ensure that they meet project requirements
- Monitor the progress of projects and identify potential problems early on
- Ensure that projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Comply with all applicable safety regulations
- Report to the Project Manager on the status of projects
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction, with at least 5 of those years as a superintendent
- Familiarity with the requirements of EM 385-1-1
- Experience in the areas of hazard identification and safety compliance
- Ability to interpret a critical path schedule and construction drawings
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in construction management or other related fields
- Familiarity with construction management software
