Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. You will be responsible for assisting customers with their purchases, conducting product demonstrations, and maintaining an organized and inviting store environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly.
- Operate the opening center- open boxes for customers
- Conduct product demonstrations to enhance customer understanding and drive sales.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments and restocking of the bins
- Make sure products are tapped.
- Write product descriptions on products.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to conduct engaging product demos that highlight features and benefits.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
- Knowledge of retail sales techniques to effectively sell products to customers.
Qualifications
-Must be able to work in our warehouse- down stacking and/or unloading trucks
-Must have a high school diploma or GED
-Clean criminal background
-Must be able to stoop, bend and lift up to 40lbs
