We’re working with a long-established, privately held financial services firm with offices across 18 countries, known for its low-ego, partnership-led culture. Under new HR leadership, the business is modernising its people strategy and bringing in the right tech to support it.
This newly created VP Talent role reports to the SVP Talent & Development and sits at the centre of the global talent agenda. You’ll lead firmwide work on talent planning, succession, organisational effectiveness, performance management and long-term capability. You'll have real ownership, visible across the senior leadership team. Location is flexible internationally, with New York or London most likely, and a hybrid model (4 days in office).
They’re after someone with deep senior HR/Talent experience in complex, global environments, ideally financial or professional services. Strong talent strategy, succession, workforce planning, and experience driving large-scale organisation and change work is key. You’ll need the analytical depth, strategic range and collaborative, pragmatic style to land it all in a matrixed business.
