Tucker Nursing & Rehab is seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehabilitation team on a per diem basis. We are dedicated to providing exceptional care to our residents and helping them achieve their highest level of independence and quality of life.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Occupational Therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans.
- Provide direct resident care to improve functional skills, mobility, and overall well-being.
- Document resident progress accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with therapy team, nursing staff, and families to support resident goals.
- Maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility standards.
Qualifications:
- Current Georgia COTA license in good standing.
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing/rehabilitation setting preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused.
