Tucker Insurance Group is hiring motivated individuals to join our growing Tampa team! This is an entry-level position helping clients find solutions for health insurance.
As a Member Lifecycle Associate, you'll help guide clients through every stage of their health insurance journey—from their initial enrollment to ongoing support—while building strong relationships and delivering an outstanding client experience.
No previous insurance or sales experience is required. We provide paid training and mentorship from experienced leaders.
Responsibilities
- Meet with prospective clients
- Educate individuals on available health insurance options
- Guide clients through the enrollment process
- Build long-term client relationships
- Provide exceptional service before, during, and after enrollment
