Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, FedEx/UPS packages, and courier deliveries.
- Maintain office supplies, including ordering, stocking, and distributing as needed.
- Provide support with copying, scanning, printing, preparation of binders, formatting of Excel spreadsheets, and PDF documents.
- Set up conference rooms for meetings, including catering, technology, and materials.
- Assist with internal office moves, furniture requests, and facilities maintenance needs.
- Coordinate with building management and vendors for service requests or repairs.
- Support attorneys and staff with general office services requests, including assistance with trial documents and binders.
- Maintain neatness and organization of common areas, supply rooms, and file rooms.
- Assist with special projects and other administrative or operational tasks as assigned.
- Minimum of two years of experience in office services, facilities, or administrative support; law firm or professional services experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Excellent customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks associated with office services.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); experience with copiers, scanners, and office equipment.
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
- This role is onsite daily in our Morristown, New Jersey office.
- Work is performed in a typical office environment, with some physical activity required for deliveries, room setups, and office moves.
