POSITION TITLE: Scale Operator POSITION TYPE: Full-Time LOCATION: Rockmart, GA REPORTS TO: Distribution Manager / Lead POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for performing scale operation duties including probing, weighing, and classifying linen, recording customer information in the computer system, and loading outbound trucks. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Carry out special assignments as requested or assigned. Obtain/ enter customer information and input in computer system. Weigh all linen carts daily using both computer and manual tools. Load trucks with processed, weighed linen carts. Continuously follow all safety policies and procedures on the job. Understands, observes, and adheres to all safety procedures and policies. Assist and perform other duties as assigned.
