Job Responsibilities:
Actively direct and manage Landscape Maintenance and Snow Removal Operations. Optimize efficiency and profitability. Workforce trainings and safety. Scheduling. Quality control.
Generate new sales and upsell existing customers.
Drive a snow plow and manage snow removal operations during the winter.
Requirements:
Strong operations manager experience in landscape maintenance and snow removal.
Exceptional customer service.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Estimating and bidding experience.
Project management experience.
Irrigation diagnosis and repair knowledge and experience.
Landscape maintenance experience.
Plant material knowledge.
Landscape design experience.
Snow plow driving experience.
Detail oriented.
Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
