Assistant Manager:
As an assistant manager and key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for hiring, mentoring and maintaining an exceptional guest service team, as well as ensuring exceptional food quality from our chefs and kitchen team. You will ensure a true escape from the ordinary for our guests, from the moment they walk in our doors, to the moment they leave. Doing so will require excellent leadership skills, attention to detail, and a positive, team oriented attitude. As you help lead our team to success you will be rewarded with opportunities for career and leadership growth.
• College degree preferred
• Three years of progressive and relevant experience
• Experience in supervising and managing staff
• Outstanding leadership skills
• Excellent computer and Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, staffing, and scheduling
• Strong financial acumen and P&L accountability experience
