POSITION OVERVIEW
As an eCommerce Specialist, you’ll bring the magic of Tubby Todd to life online- supporting product launches, promotions, and ongoing optimizations that make it easier (and more fun!) for families to shop with us!
The ideal candidate has hands-on Shopify experience, strong organizational instincts, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset. You thrive in a collaborative environment, anticipate needs before they arise, and have a natural curiosity to keep learning and improving.
What You’ll Do
Site Experience & Merchandising
- Own day-to-day ecommerce execution across Shopify, including launches, promos, product drops, and merchandising updates.
- Optimize site navigation, product pages, and collection architecture to improve discovery, CVR, and AOV.
- Ensure product positioning, bundles, and promotional placements ladder up to growth goals and seasonal strategies.
- Partner with Growth & Creative to keep the onsite journey aligned with brand storytelling and conversion strategy.
Content Accuracy & Brand Consistency
- QA all onsite updates: copy, imagery, pricing, variants, and bundles to maintain accuracy and protect brand integrity.
- Monitor site performance daily for broken links, outdated content, image issues, and inconsistencies across devices.
- Maintain a high bar for brand-first presentation across homepage, collection pages, and PDPs.
- Ensure new assets and creative refreshes are uploaded on-time and deliver a seamless customer experience.
Launch & Promotional Excellence
- Support flawless execution of new product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promo events across site surfaces.
- Coordinate cross-functionally (Marketing, Ops, Creative) to align timelines, deliverables, and launch-readiness.
- Participate in QA for major launches, sales, and peak-traffic moments to ensure error-free execution.
- Implement structured pre-/post-launch QA workflows to reduce friction and improve operational reliability.
Operational Rigor & Cross-Functional Alignment
- Maintain organized documentation, SOPs, and versioning to streamline ecommerce operations.
- Act as a connector between Growth, Creative, Ops, and Customer Experience to keep all initiatives aligned.
- Proactively identify blockers, inaccuracies, or system gaps
- Support ad-hoc needs across the broader Tubby Todd team with a positive, collaborative mindset.
What We’re Looking For
- 2-3 years of experience in eCommerce preferably in a DTC Shopify environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
- Proven project management and organizational skills with a knack for prioritizing details and deadlines.
- Understanding of eCommerce best practices
- Strong attention to detail with a knack for spotting inconsistencies before anyone else does
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Collaborative, curious, and eager to learn new tools, processes, and systems
- Willingness to occasionally flex your schedule for launches, promotions, and key brand events (like BFCM)
