Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS system
- Recommend menu items, upsell specials, and suggest drink pairings
- Serve food and beverages promptly, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks, maintaining high standards of presentation and safety
- Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately while processing payments via POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery while supporting guest needs for a seamless dining experience
Requirements
- experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred
- Cash handling experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally
- Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail in order accuracy and cleanliness
- Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and handling cash transactions confidently
