**What You'll Do**
Operate machinery to produce stainless steel tubes
Use of computers to determine proper job sequence as well as for reporting production amounts, and time on the job
Load/unload material from the machines while constantly monitoring operation of machinery
Adjust production where needed according to work instructions and procedures
In process quality checks
Additional Report Generation Might Be Required In This Role
Ensure proper safety protocols are being abided by
Work closely with the Maintenance team to keep all machinery running properly
Participate in process improvement and maintain a clean work environment
Perform other duties as assigned, such as helping train new operators
**Qualifications**
HS diploma or GED preferred
Previous experience as an equipment operator in a manufacturing setting is a plus
Previous experience in stainless steel tubing industry is not mandatory, but a plus
Excellent communication skills to allow for understanding work instructions
Proficient in the use of measurement devices including tape measures and micrometers
