Summary

Performs a variety of duties involving handling and movement of material. Packaging, unpacking and preparation of materials being received, shipped to/from customers/vendors, as well as stockroom activities. Skilled in the use of software programs such as MS Word, Excel and Outlook.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Handles delivery of materials throughout the Company

• Loads and unloads vehicles inbound and outbound

• Use of specialized packaging equipment like paper machine, form-in-place, heat seal, etc.

• Data entry to update various databases

• Perform stockroom activities like material receipts, material issues, cycle counts

Skills

• High school diploma or GED

• Math and computer skills are essential

• Prior stockroom experience required, preferably in the electronics field

• Good communication skills

• Experience operating a forklift a plus

The salary range for this position is $20-23 hourly.

Additional compensation: An annual or quarterly company bonus may apply based on position assignment. Positions hired for alternative shift may be eligible for a shift premium based on the assigned shift and location.
