Property & Casualty (P&C) Sales Coordinator
On-site in Coral Gables, FL
Full Time- Direct Hire
$85K salary base up to 60% of salary in bonus annually
Our client is in the insurance industry and is seeking a Property & Casualty (P&C) Sales Coordinator that will lead growth efforts of their new P&C line of business.
About the position
As we grow, you’ll coordinate and work closely with independent agents and agencies, support production, ensure compliance, and deliver great service. We’re looking for someone with 3 years of P&C experience in agent support, underwriting, or agency operations (sales a plus). Must be Bilingual ( English and Spanish)
Requirements
- Active 220 insurance license
- 3 years of experience in Property & Casualty Insurance in supporting sales agents, underwriting, or agency support.(sales exp a plus)
- Bilingual English – Spanish
- Strong ability to learn new systems and translate complex information into simple guidance. ( training of new materials, products, compliance, or procedures)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- High level of initiative and comfort working in a startup-like environment.
Key Responsibilities
Implementation & Enablement
- Develop internal workflows, documentation, and agent support processes.
- Participate in and complete all partner-led training to master tools, underwriting guidelines, quoting platforms, and product knowledge.
- Translate learnings into training materials, job aids, and agent communications.
Business Leadership & Performance
- Contribute to the strategic plan for P&C growth and expansion.
- Track key metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Agent Support & Development
- Serve as the primary point of contact for P&C inquiries. Guide agents through quoting systems, product selection, and underwriting documentation.
Carrier & Partner Relationship Support
- Maintain close communication with carrier reps and partner trainers.
- Escalate issues and collaborate to optimize agent experience.
- Assist in expanding product offerings and maintaining competitive compensation structures.
Compliance, Process & Alignment
- Ensure all P&C sales activities follow state regulations, carrier rules, and internal standards.
- Work across departments (Compliance, Marketing, Data/IT, Sales Ops) to ensure a smooth rollout.
- Promote cross-sell initiatives with other lines of business.
Success Indicators
- Smooth and timely implementation of the P&C launch
- Growing number of active selling agents in P&C
- Reduction in agent support escalations over time
- Positive partner feedback on engagement and program maturity
- Increased cross-selling penetration with other lines of business
Compensation
$85K salary base up to 60% of salary in bonus annually (Estimated at $136K) 10 days PTO, Federal Holiday’s off, insurance allowance
