Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Program Manager, (Member Success) to lead the development, enhancement, and execution of high-impact membership initiatives. This role is central to driving engagement and retention across corporate and individual member segments by delivering seamless onboarding, maintaining data integrity, and continuously improving member experiences.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment, bring strong organizational and communication skills, and possess the ability to transform insights into meaningful member programs. With a passion for relationship-building and process improvement, this individual will support the full lifecycle of membership and contribute directly to the organization’s mission to empower its members.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage accurate and timely membership records by regularly reviewing data and resolving discrepancies.
- Deliver high-quality onboarding experiences for new members to support early engagement and satisfaction.
- Design and enhance membership programs tailored to both individual and corporate members, focusing on value and retention.
- Coordinate and deliver timely communications, including program updates, renewal reminders, and member education materials.
- Serve as the main point of contact for corporate members, providing ongoing support and helping maximize their membership benefits.
- Oversee key recognition initiatives and ensure timely, professional delivery.
- Analyze membership trends and insights to identify growth opportunities and support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, Events, Certification, and Finance to ensure cohesive and impactful membership offerings.
- Identify and implement process improvements that enhance the overall member experience.
- Report on program performance, including metrics, trends, and strategic recommendations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3 years of experience managing organizational or membership-based programs.
- Proven ability to build, scale, and improve program operations.
- Knowledge of membership models, including retention strategies and value creation.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with experience creating member-facing materials.
- Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Comfortable using CRM and membership platforms; tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency and deliver consistent, high-quality results.
