About the Role

Our client is a rapidly growing leader in the floor coatings industry, expanding across Chicagoland and Southeast Wisconsin.

They are seeking a polished, competitive, and results driven Inside Sales Representative to convert inbound opportunities into qualified appointments and closed deals.

This is built for a true high-ticket closer with proven experience in a call center or inside sales environment — someone who knows how to build urgency, overcome objections, and confidently guide prospects to a decision.

The ideal candidate has a track record of success in high-ticket phone sales, inside sales, or call center closing roles and thrives in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $50,000 – $60,000
• Uncapped Commission (Realistic OTE: $70K–$80K)

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound and warm leads quickly
• Conduct phone consultations and close for next steps/sales
• Overcome objections and guide prospects to decisions
• Re-engage aged leads via phone, text, and email
• Maintain accurate CRM activity and pipeline tracking
• Consistently hit KPIs for contact rate, close rate, and revenue

Qualifications

• 3 years in inside sales, call center, or phone-based closing
• Proven ability to close deals (high-ticket experience preferred)
• Strong objection handling and communication skills
• Experience in home improvement, remodeling, flooring, roofing, or coatings is a plus
• Competitive, metrics-driven mindset

Schedule

• Full-Time
• 9 AM – 5 PM Central
• Candidates must work 4 weekdays 1 weekend day
