Responsibilities
- Participate in our structured broker training program to master client acquisition and financial planning strategies.
- Set and conduct appointments with prospective clients to assess their needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
- Build your book of business through networking, marketing, and referrals.
- Educate clients on life insurance, annuities, and financial planning concepts.
- Work independently while leveraging a strong support system and mentorship.

Training & Licensing Requirements
- Must be open to coaching and willing to learn new skills.
- No experience required – we provide full training and mentorship.
- Must be willing to obtain the Florida 2-14 / 2-15 insurance license if deemed a good fit for the role.
- Availability for in-office training (Tuesdays 6:30 PM – 9:00 PM & Saturdays 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM) is highly beneficial but not required.
