What You’ll be Doing
Do you have a passion for helping others and giving them peace of mind? Whether it’s getting answers for customers quickly, consulting on products with compassion or resolving their issues with a smile, you’ll be the difference between their customer experience being just average or an exceptional one.
During a Typical Day, You’ll
- Research, reopen and / or make outbound calls to customers consistent to up-to-date Business Rules
- Create and monitor payment plans consistent to up-to-date Business Rules
- Report daily statistics on all payments processed
- Assist Call Center Customer Service Representatives with escalated customer calls
- Meet with customers in person in the Service Center to discuss accounts and / or violations
What You Bring to the Role
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
- Customer Service and Call Center Experience
- Knowledge of California collection laws
- Basic understanding of California Vehicle Code sections relating to toll roads / bridges
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office applications
- Solid communications, organizational and interpersonal skills

The work week is Monday to Friday, eight hours per day; however, the demands of the position will mean that at times tasks will need to be performed outside of those core hours.
